10. Principles of register protection
Access to and use of the register is limited to Better Food™ Global Operations Group Ltd employees who have a legitimate business need for it, and the usernames and passwords assigned accordingly.If we use subcontractors to process personal data, we will ensure through contractual arrangements that they also process personal data appropriately and in accordance with applicable law and any other regulations.Data protection and prevention of unauthorised access is ensured through user guidance and control, information and technical means such as security software and devices such as firewalls. The company has access control in place to prevent unauthorised access to the system.Personal data is kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the customer relationship or other tasks mentioned in the register description. Obsolete and unnecessary data will be regularly deleted, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.

11. Data lifecycle
The information is added to the register when the person first subscribes to the newsletter or submits a contact form to Better Food Global Operations Group Oy for processing.
The basic personal data of the person is kept for an indefinite period. The personal data will be deleted upon request.

12. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has a number of rights in respect of the information collected about him or her in the register. Supervisory authorities - The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authorities if the processing of personal data is considered to be in breach of the applicable legislation.
